Skyler Savage

About

Skyler Savage is a Law Clerk with Employer Advocates Group, where she supports the firm’s representation of employers in employment litigation and advice and counsel matters. Based in the firm’s Orange County office, Ms. Savage works alongside EAG’s attorneys while developing her experience in California labor and employment law as she awaits her California Bar Examination results.

Ms. Savage brings a client-centered and practical approach to her work, shaped in part by a childhood spent living in different cities across the country. Frequently adapting to new environments taught her to connect with people from different backgrounds, understand varying perspectives, and approach unfamiliar challenges with flexibility and curiosity. Those experiences naturally drew her to employment law, where understanding the people and circumstances behind a workplace dispute is often just as important as understanding the legal issues involved. She values the opportunity to help employers navigate those challenges and develop practical solutions that account for their broader business needs.

Ms. Savage graduated magna cum laude with honors from the University of Southern California before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While at UCI Law, she developed substantial hands-on litigation and advocacy experience. As a Certified Law Student in UCI Law’s Domestic Violence Clinic, she represented clients in domestic violence restraining order and related family law matters. Through that work, she interviewed and counseled clients, evaluated evidence, developed case strategy, prepared matters for hearings, and advocated for clients in court. The experience strengthened her ability to navigate fact-intensive and sensitive disputes while remaining focused on both her clients’ objectives and the practical realities of their circumstances.

Ms. Savage also gained experience through the Children’s Law Center and in private family law practice, where she further developed her skills in legal research and writing, litigation preparation, and client advocacy.
