Brian J. Triplett is an associate with Employer Advocates Group LC (“EAG”) in San Luis Obispo. Before joining EAG, Mr. Triplett was an associate in the San Francisco office of one of the country's largest insurance defense law firms.

Mr. Triplett is a 2004 graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law, where he earned a J.D. with a concentration in High Technology Law. During law school, Mr. Triplett also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award and a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.

Prior to law school, Mr. Triplett attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo (B.S. 1999, Magna Cum Laude), majoring in Biochemistry. While attending Cal Poly, he was a participant in Stanford University's Center on Polymer Interfaces and Macromolecular Assemblies Summer Undergraduate Research Experience.

Mr. Triplett is a member of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.

He is licensed to practice law before all of the courts of the State of California. Mr. Triplett is also admitted to the bar of all California Districts of the United States District Court.
