Brian C. Donnelly is an associate with Employer Advocates Group LC (“EAG”) in San Luis Obispo. Before joining EAG, Mr. Donnelly was a judicial extern for the Honorable Phyllis J. Hamilton, at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Mr. Donnelly is a 2006 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He participated in Hastings’ concentration program, and graduated with a Civil Litigation concentration. While attending Hastings, Mr. Donnelly received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. At Hastings, Mr. Donnelly also worked as a research assistant and for the Moot Court Department and as a teaching assistant for Moot Court and Legal Writing and Research classes.

Mr. Donnelly is a contributor to the legal web-log Storm's California Labor & Employment Law.

Prior to law school, Mr. Donnelly attended the University of California, Santa Cruz (B.A. 1997), where he studied Politics/Legal Studies, and graduated with honors from the Legal Studies Board.

Mr. Donnelly is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
